AP/ART platform is a collective of independent partners. Each partner is a separate legal entity responsible for its own services, communication and compliance with applicable legislation.
AP/ART Ruimtemakers bv takes your rights regarding data processing seriously. This statement sets out the general data processing policy of AP/ART and explains how we collect, process and use your personal data.

We use both paper and digital documents and forms to collect data. Finally, our website uses cookies, which only collect anonymous data about activity on our website.
To understand and improve how our website works, we analyse — only with your consent — visitor browsing behaviour using anonymous statistics cookies (Google Analytics). These cookies are only placed after you give your consent via the cookie banner; your IP address is anonymised.
If you decline these statistics cookies, they are not placed and the website continues to work normally — there are no advertising or tracking cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page.
Messages you send via the contact form are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards them to us by email. To prevent abuse and spam, FormSubmit shows a Google reCAPTCHA check when you submit. In doing so, technical data such as your IP address and browser information may be passed on to Google. This check takes place on the FormSubmit page, not on our website.
AP/ART Ruimtemakers does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. If no agreement is concluded with you, your data is kept for no longer than 5 years.
Your data is mainly processed internally for client management and accounting. For certain services or assignments it may be passed on to subcontractors we work with and who have a direct relationship with us — always under our control and never without first concluding a data processing agreement.
In exceptional cases we may be required to disclose your data, in particular when we are legally obliged to do so or when public authorities are entitled to request data from us. In principle, your data is not transferred to third countries or international organisations.
The AP/ART website records general visit data, including the IP address of your computer and the time of the request. This data is used to analyse visiting and clicking behaviour. AP/ART uses this information to improve how the website works. The data is anonymised as far as possible and is not shared with third parties.
AP/ART Ruimtemakers takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by AP/ART Ruimtemakers, and you have the right to data portability.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or to object, to lier@apartgroep.be.
To make sure the request was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and within four weeks at the latest.
